About Kelowna Lakeside Massage

Escape the ordinary and immerse yourself in a massage therapy experience unlike any other. At Kelowna Lakeside Massage, we offer an elevated and luxurious retreat designed to soothe the senses and restore balance—right on the shores of beautiful Okanagan Lake.

Choose from 45, 60, or 90-minute massage experiences, each tailored to your needs and delivered by skilled, intuitive hands. Whether you’re seeking deep therapeutic work or gentle relaxation, our approach is personalized, professional, and profoundly nurturing.

Our setting is what truly sets us apart. Nestled in a quiet lakefront garden just steps from downtown Kelowna, your massage takes place in either our serene indoor studio or beneath a breezy garden canopy. Surrounded by the sound of lapping waves, swaying trees, and birdsong, every moment is designed to help you unwind in nature’s embrace.

We believe wellness is not just about the massage—it’s the entire experience. Begin or end your session with light refreshments and nourishing snacks, offered with care. The atmosphere is calm, private, and intimate—ideal for individuals, couples, or small groups seeking to reconnect, recharge, and indulge.

Whether you’re a local looking to escape the pace of daily life or a visitor seeking the best of Kelowna’s natural beauty and spa culture, Kelowna Lakeside Massage invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and let go.

Because your time here isn’t just a treatment—it’s a retreat.

Born and raised in Kelowna, Alison is a Registered Massage therapist with over 17 years of experience. After graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2007, she spent over a decade working in fast-paced, multidisciplinary clinics in Burnaby and North Vancouver where she honed her skills in both deep tissue and relaxation massage.

She spent 2 years teaching human anatomy and kinesiology in the First College RMT program. She was also a clinic supervisor in the student clinic. Mentoring the next generation of RMTs is a passion for Alison as she feels strongly about giving back to the profession.

Now based back in her hometown, offers massage therapy in her peaceful, lakefront home in downtown Kelowna. Alison’s main goal is finding the appropriate treatment for each individual person. Whether a firm, deep tissue approach is preferred, or a lighter circulatory touch, Alison understands that no two bodies are the same. She uses a “whole body” approach with the goal of achieving optimal performance and comfort.

In her spare time, Alison enjoys downhill skiing, travelling, paddle boarding, exploring Okanagan food and wine, hiking adventures with her dog Violet, and spending time with her family and friends.
