Our Appointment Policies


Our policy here at Lakeside Massage Therapy & Healthcare is as follows:


If you show up late for your appointment.

You will be given the remainder of your appointment time and be charged for the full booking time.


If your appointment starts later than the scheduled time and we are unable to provide a full treatment.

Your fee will be adjusted accordingly.


If your appointment starts earlier that the scheduled time.

your treatment will finish earlier.


If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment.

You are responsible for the full cost of the appointment. Emergencies accepted.


If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time.

You are responsible for 50% of the time booked.


Your appointment time is specifically reserved for you. 

We have made scheduling very easy by providing online booking, cancelation, rescheduling and reminders via text and email.  All phone messages are returned promptly within a few hours daily.


In order for us to continue providing the best care possible and keep things moving smoothly we would like to ensure that you are aware that this is our policy at Lakeside Massage Therapy & Healthcare.

 


Our Payment Policy


Payment in full is due at the time your service is rendered unless a prior agreement has been made.  We accept all forms of payment for your convenience. 


As a courtesy we will gladly direct bill your insurance company for payment for massage therapy services only, although you may be responsible for portions unpaid by your insurance and cancelation fees.
